Set against the lush jungle and ancient waters of the Mexican Caribbean, Diana and Fabián said "I do" in a Mayan ceremony. As a Tulum wedding photographer, I’ve seen many beautiful unions, but few hold the elemental power of a cenote wedding.

Documenting this destination wedding ceremony in Tulum was a profound honor. The way the light filtered through the rocks, the way the water mirrored every moment. Their playful spirit through it all. It was an obvious celebration of true love.

Months later, I reunited with Diana and Fabián near their home in Dresden, Germany. We spent just one hour together at the breathtaking Zwinger Palace, but it was more than enough to create magic. The contrast between their spiritual ceremony in the jungle and this elegant European session was striking and poetic.
